Civil society organizations, informal groups, and individual human rights defenders working in the Western Balkans can request support when they face urgent threats linked to their civic engagement. Requests should describe the risk, the time-sensitive need, and how the support will reduce harm.

We collect only the information needed to assess and process your request. Data is stored securely and shared only with the implementing partner responsible for your country, on a need-to-know basis. We retain data only as long as required for due diligence and reporting, and you can request access, correction, or deletion where legally possible.
